Adam's Canyon Family Hike

We went on a great family hike this morning up Adam's Canyon. It took us a little over 3.5hrs and the views were breathtaking! Utah is gorgeous almost year around! Check out the waterfall pics! Poor Chase was climbing shear rock with Weston on his back! The steeper and crazier the hike became the more Weston loved it!

Well the warm weather has finally made an apperance in Utah!! Weston is loving playing outside everyday. We play in the backyard on our swingset, chase Paris (our dog) around, play in the waterpad, play golf with daddy, go to the local park, and feed the ducks at the nearby pond! We love anything that involves family time! :)

We celebrated Weston turning two in barnyard fashion! The kids had farm hats, stick horses, chicken feed, yummy farm animal cupcakes, and even played "herd the pigs"! We had tons of fun! Thanks to everyone for helping us celebrate Weston's big day! And for all the great gifts he recieved! We are truely blessed with wonderful family and friends!

We took Weston to 2 Easter egg hunts today! He was a pro! Poor guy was all bundled up and picking up eggs off the snow, but he was dedicated and a trooper! We even got to hunt eggs with his good friend "Ikey" and the U Crew. After the egg hunts we went to the Trehhouse to warm up and burn some energy!

march was a very busy month in the Eiserman household. Weson has grown into a crazy fun loving super energetic toddler! He loves playing outside, playing with cars and trucks, his train table, trips to the zoo, and anything that involves his daddy! The pictures are from a n indoor jumpy house, the local playground, and misc activites. Weston has a huge vocabulary and runs like the wind. He is a great little boy and we couldn't love him more! We would lvoe for each and everyone of you to come visit and come play with him! Enjoy the pictures!

Santa Daddy

Chase dressed up as Santa for my mom's group Chistmas party! He was a hit!

What a lucky lil boy to have Santa as his daddy! It was sooo cute he kept walking up to Santa saying "hi daddy!" Luckily none of the other kids caught on! On the upside this is the only Snaa pic we took where he wasn't crying and trying to escape form Santa!

We enjoyed our first real snow day! Weston loved riding on his sled and Paris loved chasing him on the sled! Weston also pushed his toy through the snow, too bad it didn't have 4x4!!

We celebrated Weston's 1/2 birthday today! Our friends the Udy family came over for some food and fun! I made half a cake to celebrate his "1/2" birthday! Weston drove Ike around the house on his toy truck! It was a fun night with friends!

Ok so Chase hates this video but it cracked me up!!! My shoes were laying out and Weston really wanted to put them on because he loves socks and shoes! So I helped him put them on and he just marched allover the house!!! So cute! LOL

Backyard fun!

We have had some really nice and fabulous weather the last 2 days. So we made the most of it and spent some time playing in the backyard. We played on the new swingset, drove a toy truck around, played ball with Paris (our dog), and even swung a golf club! It made for some great family fun!

Halloween Fun!

We played at My Gym on Halloween Eve for their Halloween party. There were games, crafts, and song time. We had tons of fun! We went to our friends house (the Kelley family) for Halloween, the Belleson's were there too! We had so much fun. Weston was a Dragon this year and even growled!! We had some yummy dinner before we all went trick-or-treating! With 5 kids, 2 wagons, and candy bags in hand we made the long haul thru the neighborhood. Weston LOVED it! He caught on to the game quickly and was soon sticking both hands in the candy bowls to get more bang for his buck! Overall a super fun night with great friends!

Fall leaves

The leaves are gorgeous here in Utah!!! I couldn't wait to get my little guy out back for some great photo shots! Poor Chase got assigned the fun task of raking! I soon decided that I had a preference for the red leaves but we only had orange and yellow in our yard. Soo... :) I bagged some leaves from my friend kathy's house and brought them home!! Boy was Chase excited to see "extra" leaves in his yard! LOL oh well! Weston had a blast!

Park Halloween Party

My moms group had their Halloween Party at Layton Park. It was lots of fun. We made crafts, played with the parachute, balls, and even got goodie bags. The cow next to Weston is our friend "josh" isn;t he cute! his big brother is a cowboy this year! We attempted a group photo but it was chaos! Overall lots of fun! I also got a video of Weston walking in his costume!

Brad & Sandy (Weston's godparents) came up from TX for Columbus weekend. We had a ton of fun. We went to Black Island Farm (pictures our from there). We went bowling, ate tons of yummy food, and best of all hung out and relaxed. Weston LOVED having them here!! Brad even helped Chase put Weston's new swingset together. We loved having them here and can't wait for them to visit again.

Gardner Village

My backyard neighbor/good friend and I, treated ourselves to a very yummy lunch at Garder Village. It is basically a Halloween town right now! Everything is decorated so cutely! Her lil boy "Ike" was dressed up as a monkey and Weston is a dragon! Sooo CUTE!! The best part was some old ladies walked by and commented how cute the "Bear and the Alligator" were!

Thanksgiving Point "The Barn"

On the trip home from CO we stopped in Lehi, UT at Thanksgiving Point to let Weston get out and play. We went to "the Barn". We did the petting zoo and 2 pony rides! So much fun!

Telluride CO Hiking Trip!

We met Chase's mom and stepdad up in Telluride CO for a 1 week vacation of hiking and jeep 4-wheeling! We had so much fun! Weston LOVES his Mimi and Papa Fish! We hiked with our new hiking backpack (Kelty 3.0) LOVE IT!!! We ate dinner at the top of the mountain for a date night out! We even hiked in the rain and hail one day! Weston loved 4-wheeling, he squealed and clapped the whole time. He even fell asleep on 2 trips! LOL. It was a lot of fun and a great chance to catch up with the family!

San Diego Family Vacation

We spent 2 weeks in San Diego CA while Chase was in school. We did the San Diego zoo, the beach, Sea World, and walked up and down the sea ports. Weston had so much fun! He loved all the animals, the birds, etc. While we were gone he start walking!!! It was really great being able to getaway as a family. We took Weston to a petting zoo up in the mountains in Eden. He loved it!! Especially the small animals (kittens, bunnies, etc.) The goats followed him all over the place! He even got to ride the horses! We had a blast!!

We got a bike seat for Weston! HE LOVED IT!!! Especially when Chase went fast, which of course scarred me to bits!! HA! HA! He did so good in it and just babbled away to his hearts content. We went down to the duck pond for our initial test run. He loves the ducks and yells loudly and them and tries to pet them!! He even stood all by himself for atleast 30 secs because he was so distracted by the ducks!!! He also enjoys riding in a bike trailor, I think we will start saving up for one.

One of our favorite things to do right now is take Weston to the park. We usually ride bikes or walk there. One time we even were brave enough to bring Paris (our dog), SHE LOVED IT!!! Weston cralws thru the tunnels, over the bridge, and his favorite is to go down the slide! So much fun!! He especially LOVES when Chase sneaks underneath the play equipment and suprises him!!

Well CHase has been home for 3 weeks now!!! We have had so much family fun time!!! We have gone to Discovery Gateway to let Weston play, the pool, Bear Lake in Idaho, the zoo, the aquarium, the Lake in Ogden Canyon, bike riding, rollerblading, to the park, etc.... I could go on forever!!

Weston loves his daddy so much! They have instantly reconnected and life is good at the Eiserman household!!

Weston 14month wrap up...

So Weston has made some really big changes this month!!! He is crawling on hands and knees, saying more words, understands where his "head" and "toes" are, and is so close to walking by himself. He is such a good and happy baby boy, I couldn't ask for anything better. Unfortunately Chase was supposed to be home this month, but it looks like it will be atleast August now. So please keep him in your prayers and fingers crossed that God has a plan for why he is still away from us and to keep him safe.

Well as most of you know, Weston is little but HE CAN EAT!! LOL!!! He LOVES spaghetti!! He thinks its very fun to eat and giggles most of the time he eats it!! just wanted to share the fun with everyone!! ENJOY! One of the pictures is what I call his "hmmm" face. So Weston and I have been going to the local pool in Roy a few times a week and we are having so much fun! He really has a good time and its nice to relax and enjoy some fresh air. The only problem is that now he has mastered the crawling thing, he ESCAPES!!! I guess its true what they say, "be careful what you wish for!!" We have a lot of fun!! We are goign to San Diego for Chase's school in August/Septemebe for 2 weeks, gotta get this little fish ready for the beach!!

Well summer has finally arrived in Utah! Better late than never! Weston is 14 months and turning into a little man. He is finally crawling on his hands and knees!! He is walking with toys and holding on to stuff, climbing stairs, and loves to play in the kitchen pantry!! He is a great little boy, I couldn't ask for a happier or more content child. Chase should be home by the end of the month and finally our family can be together again. We have lots of stuff planned, we are just counting down the days!

Weston 12 months

Well as you can tell by the photos... it has been a very busy month!! Weston is belly crawling over the place, pulls up to standing, and loves to crawl all over you if you are on the floor with him!!! His vocabulary grows everyday! He says: "bye-bye", "yah", "yah-yah", "ought-oo", "mama", "dada", bite", "ball". We have been playing in our backyard in a baby pool and loves it!! So does our dog Paris unfortunatley!!! HA! (Actually we are on our 2nd set of pool toys, becuase Paris played with the others and chewed them up!!) I also included some pictures from the South Ogden Splash pad. He likes the pool better, he was a little overwhelmed there! We also had a playdate at my friend Kathy's house with her boys Luke and Josh!! Stay tuned for more fun over the summer!! Chase is 7 weeks from coming home hopefully!!

Weston is one today!! This year has gone so fast! He is such a big boy and is so much fun! He is crawling all over the place! He gets into everything!! He can say "ball" and "bye-bye". He waves and gives kisses. He now has 6 teeth (4 on the top, 2 on the bottom). My parents (Gammy & Pappo) came up to Utah for a visit. We ate lunch at California Pizza Kitchen, where they gave Weston a brownie fudge sundae (he loved it!!) and then went to play at Discovery Gateway. We then had a little party at the house. I made a Catapillar cake and we all sang to Weston. Our friends Jaci, Ladd, and baby Ike (the one covered in green frosting!!) came over to help us celebrate!! We went to San Antonio to visit Chase's parents (Jan & Charlie) for Easter! Weston loved his "Mimi & Papa Fish" and "Jenga" the puppy!

We went to the zoo, Weston ate his first TX Mexican food, and even had TX BBQ!! We held an easter egg hunt on Easter, but Weston wouldn't crawl off the blanket!! He hated the grass!!! HA! :)

We held a mini-birthday celebration!! Weston's "Mimi" made angel food cake with rasberries, ice cream, and cool whip! Weston loved it! Chase's grandparents (Weston's great-grandparents) "Pop & Nana" came to visit! Weston loved them also! He just loved being the center of attention!

He also meet aunts and cousins and old childhood friends of Chase's! Needless to say we had tons of fun and can't wait to go back!

Weston's first haircut!

I got Weston's first offical hair cut today! We had got it trimmed a little before Chase deployed on Weston's 8mth bday, but today they gave him a full cut! He did really good, he stayed very still and watched her up until the last few minutes then he got the wiggles! The girl's name was Jess and we did it at Hotlines Salon here in Roy, Utah.

Weston's first sleepover!

Weston had his first sleepover at our friend Kathy's house on April 5, 2009. The boys (Josh, Luke, & Weston) had so much fun! The girls (Kathy & I) stayed up late eating brownies and scrapbooking! The next morning we took turns getting much needed pedicures without the kiddos in tow!

Weston's First Easter Egg hunt!

Weston had his first Easter Egg hunt today at Ellison park in Layton, Utah. He was able to hunt eggs with his friends from my mom's group.

Weston loved the eggs and the easter basket, but was not as excited about laying on the grass! He proceeded to arch his back and cry in an attempt to escape the grass! Very funny and I got it all of video!!

We had lots of fun with great friends and enjoyed the great weather! And of course his friends Josh and Luke were there to play! :)

My friend Kathy and I went to the Hogle zoo here in Salt Lake with Weston and her two boys (Luke and Josh)! We also went to the children's museum here in SL called Discovery Gateway. There is so much to do here, we had a blast!! Poor weston though. These pictures were taken right as Weston was first getting sick, so he wasn't in the best of spirits. I shouldn't have tortured him anymore wiuth taking pictures, but I did. :)!

I can't believe my baby boy is 11 mths old! It is going so fast! He crawls like a little inch worm, so cute! He pulls up to his knees and can roll like a champ!! He is getting his top 4 teeth in, poor guy.

Happy Valentine's Day! Weston and I shared a great day together. We missed Chase like crazy and wished he could have been here to help us celebrate. We love ya'll! Weston got a new gift today from us. Its called a stride-to-ride lion and it helps him to pull up to standing, walk, and eventually he rides on it by himself! He loved it! It also plays music when you push its nose and "says" encouraging words to promote activity!

Well its finally in the high 30's! WHOA heat wave! HA! I took Weston outside (which he loves no matter what temperature!) to play on our swingset, its not great but it does the job. He played in his swing, the slide, and stood on a swing. He is getting really good about holding on to stuff (as you can see!) He also LOVES when Paris (our lab) plays with him! Poor Paris just wnats the ball thrown for her! :)

Playdate!

Well Weston hosted his first real playdate today with a friend of his named Aiden. It was so much fun! The boys played together really well. At one point (actually a couple of times!) the boys decided they both wanted the same toys and would pull them away from each other! It was so cute! Thanks to Michele and Aiden for dropping by!

Pool Party!

Weston and I went to his his first pool party! Our friends the Barlett's son, Jeffrey turned 4 yrs old today! We went to an indoor pool/ wave pool. it was so much fun! At first Weston was not happy at all! But once he figured out we were in the water (which he loves!) he caught on and started splashing! He still wasn't super crazy about the waves, but he loved being in the water. Watch out this baby is going to be a water boy! HA!

Murder Mystery Dinner

Ok a few of you have asked what the formal pictures are of. We held a "Murder Mystery Dinner" with the theme of a beauty pagent through the officer's spouses club on base. I was Kandi Kentucky! It was so much fun. It turned out that Miss Texas was murdered by Miss Arizona, and no I did not guess the murderer correctly! It was tons of fun and a great girls night out!

My gym class

I just wanted to share some pictures of Weston's newest baby gym class. We go once a week for 45min to a gym called "My Gym". The classes are designed to help Weston develop mentally, physically, and socially. He just "graduated" to a new level based on his age group. the class has activities to help promote crawling, walking, and discovery. He has made little friends (as you can see in the pictures!) We do music, dancing , and even a puppet show! Lots of fun!

Well Chase left this morning for Qatar for 6 months. :( We will be able to talk often hopefully and we are going to try to also keep up with the webcam so Chase can be "present" for weston's upcoming milestones.

Ringing in the New Year and Weston is 8 months old!

Wow is it already 2009? Happy New Year! Well we spent a fun family night at home. we did fondue and watched movies. Weston and I crashed around 8pm, but Chase held in for the long haul and woke us back up to ring in the New Year. We all said Happy New Year, but then Weston and I went back to sleep! HA! Poor Chase!

Weston turned 8 months old on New Year's day! I can't believe how fast he is growing. He still isn't a fan of "tummy time", but he loves to sit by himself, and now he stands all by his self when he holds on to objects. He babbles alot and very loudly (especially if he thinks you aren't listening well enough HA! HA!). His first official word is "dada"! He says it all the time. It is especially cute when he is laying is his crib all alone and is talking to his toys repeating "dada" over and over. He loves his bath time too! He splashes and kicks water EVERWHERE! And of course, all toys go instantly into his mouth!

He is also going through a "mommy stage". I have to be in sight at all times or the loud screeching begins! He just loves being held and having your full and undivided attention! What a brat! But we love him anyways! HA! :)

Christmas 2008

Hey everyone I hope ya'll had a very Merry Christmas! We had a lot of fun! I can't believe it has already come and gone, so much preparation... you all know what I am talking about!We were blessed with a white chirstmas for our first year in Utah and for Weston's first christmas. it was beautiful.

We went home to TX early in Decembder to share time with my side of the family. Weston visted his grandparents, god parents, great uncles and aunts, and even his great grandma! We had lots of fun and ate yummy mexican food! Nothing beats TX Mexican food! MMMMM!

We woke up early Christmas morning and walked downstairs as a family to "see what Santa brought!" We wrapped all of Weston's presents in bags with tissue paper, so... he was way more interested in eating the tissue paper than seeing what was inside the bag! After a fun christmas morning we gathered with friends and shared christmas dinner with others who were far from home and family because of the miltary.

We were very blessed this season and thank you all for fabulous gifts and love this holiday and we miss everyone!
